This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for both digital magazine access and merchandise purchased through BYK Magazine.

1. Digital Magazine Access (Non‑Refundable)
1.1 Digital content is non‑returnable

All magazine issues, subscriptions, and digital downloads are non‑refundable once access has been granted.

This is because digital content cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

1.2 Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

1.3 Accidental purchases

If you believe you purchased access in error and have not opened or accessed the content, contact us immediately. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

2. Merchandise (Printful Fulfilment)

All BYK merchandise is produced on demand by Printful. Each item is custom‑made when you place your order.

Because of this, we can only accept returns in specific circumstances.

2.1 Returns accepted for:
  • Defective items

  • Misprints

  • Damage in transit

  • Incorrect item received

If any of the above applies, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

2.2 Returns NOT accepted for:
  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error

  • Disliking the fit, feel, or style

  • Colour variation within normal print tolerances

Because items are made to order, we cannot resell returned merchandise.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  3. We will investigate with Printful

If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.

4. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to:
